Our cooperations
Cooperations are an expression of community, collaboration, and trust – values that we are delighted to share. Together with consulting firm Kohl & Partner, we have been responsible for the management of three well-known cooperation groups in South Tyrol and the rest of the Alps for several years: Alpine Pearls, Belvita Leading Wellnesshotels Südtirol, and Familienhotels Südtirol. This management group – consisting of the two CEOs Michael Oberhofer (Brandnamic) and Alois Kronbichler (Kohl & Partner) as well as other employees – is called Allianz.
Through this expert group, we provide support and administration for members, create management reports, plan and organise the ordinary general meetings, organise and conduct the monthly board and supervisory board meetings, and carry out numerous other activities that are essential for the continued success of the cooperation group. We also regularly organise free events for the member businesses and keep them up to date with new developments in the tourism and hotel sector.
Alpine Pearls
Alpine Pearls is an international network of selected destinations in the Alps – in Germany, Austria, Italy, and Slovenia, to be precise. It focuses on future-oriented, climate-friendly mobility and on its benefits for a holiday in harmony with the environment. The members of the network are bound by the desire to continually develop further and assume a pioneering role.
Belvita Leading Wellnesshotels Südtirol
The Belvita Leading Wellnesshotels Südtirol cooperation was founded in 2001 by forward-thinking hoteliers. It stands for high standards of quality in terms of wellness, spa, fitness, and service, and make quality of life and joie de vivre tangible for its guests. All member businesses are family-run and positioned in the 4-star superior or 5-star segment. Over the years, the hotel cooperation has established itself as a successful model in Italy’s tourism industry, with member businesses throughout South Tyrol.
Familienhotels Südtirol
Member businesses from throughout South Tyrol belong to Familienhotels Südtirol. Only hotels that focus primarily on children and families are accepted into the cooperation. All member businesses meet the criteria of the German child protection association and are audited by TÜV Nord Deutschland. The Familienhotels Südtirol are divided into three different categories: Family Light, Family Plus, and Family Premium. The highest category, Family Premium, specialises solely in families with babies and children. Little guests have access to at least five hours of professional, qualified childcare a day, seven days a week.
