NEW: From May, the voucher tool Getavo is transforming into the Voucher App. With the Voucher App, part of the successful Brandnamic Hotel Apps, you can generate immediate revenues by selling vouchers online through your website. Not only that, but it also makes issuing vouchers at the reception the work of an instant. It couldn’t get any quicker or easier!
Sales via numerous touchpoints
Thanks to various sales opportunities, your customers can’t help but be aware of your vouchers. Present and sell your vouchers on your hotel’s website, your landing page, other websites of your choice (simply adapt the design of the voucher module to the website), your Carlito app, portals like Relax Guide, as a physical voucher available at reception, or at other highly frequented touchpoints. There’s also an interface to the Raiffeisen Welfare platform that turns it into an additional sales channel: The portal automatically creates the voucher in the Voucher App and sends it via e-mail to the desired addresses.

Create booking incentives: use promo codes
The Voucher App also allows promo codes (strings of characters such as 321SUMMER) to be set up quickly – and these can be used in the other apps of the Brandnamic Hotel Apps to promote sales, for example in newsletters or ad campaigns in Meta and Google. All promo codes can be managed in the voucher software and an overview of the campaign’s success is provided, including for print media. A Getavo promo code can either be for a discount or an absolute value. Promo codes can be redeemed during the booking process in the Korrespondenzmanager as well as – for customers in South Tyrol – during online bookings with the HGV booking widget.
Interfaces to ASA HOTEL, AIDA, and Naramis
Just like the other apps in the Brandnamic Hotel Apps, the Voucher App is also linked to the ASA HOTEL or AIDA hotel administration programs via interfaces. Once a connection has been established, the buyer’s billing data is automatically transferred by the Voucher App to the billing account – the most efficient way of managing and billing vouchers. Best of all, the sold voucher is not only visible in the backend of the Voucher App, but also in the hotel administration program. Another bonus: Everyone who has the Naramis point-of-sale system or AIDA Touch can redeem vouchers directly at the restaurant cash desk in real time – automatically and with no manual entry afterwards. Save time and manage your vouchers with total ease!
